Effective September 3, 2026. These terms cover the public website and synthetic-only demo materials.
Use of the public site
Foveo Labs provides public information, synthetic software demonstrations, and non-confidential workflow discussion materials. The public site is not a clinical system, patient portal, lab ordering system, manufacturing release system, or emergency channel.
Do not submit restricted information
Do not submit patient data, protected health information, prescriptions, real scanner exports, confidential files, trade secrets, regulated health records, payment data, or information you do not have permission to share.
No medical or manufacturing use
Public Foveo materials are not medical advice and are not for diagnosis, treatment, fitting, dispensing, fabrication, quality release, regulatory submission, or wearable lens use. Any real clinical, privacy, IP, or manufacturing workflow requires separate qualified review and written agreements.
Intellectual property and interoperability
Foveo may publish original specifications, synthetic examples, and workflow concepts. Visitors may not use the site to bypass access controls, copy proprietary systems, reverse engineer restricted software, or submit third-party content without permission.
